( AKA FATBOY ) Has been diving various locations around the world and has clocked up in excess of 3000 dives since starting in the early 90's. Simon will be the first to tell you that UK diving holds some of the best sites to be found anywhere in the world. One of his favourite dive locations is the area around west coast Scotland with his fondest memories being in St. Kilda where he has found various new cave systems ,he leads expeditions and is also a dive guide in and around these locations.with hundreds of hours of knowledge of the wrecks and scenic dives that the Inner and Outer Hebrides and St Kilda has to offer. Simon also works as a commercial diver in Scotland .Now Heavily involved with Technical / Medical Instruction and multi agency qualified plans for the new year in more expeditions and training are been planned      

Specialising in advanced technical trimix open circuit and closed circuit diving and Instruction including his new found love of cave diving where he is currently expanding his experience in this area. His love and passion for the sport shines through as any one will tell you that have been taught by Simon on either Technical or Recreational courses. Or just diving with him for fun.

Since returning from Rothera Base in Antartcica where he ran the diving operation for the British Antartic Survey as Chief Diving Officer, he has run several major technical expeditions which include The Farasan islands project in Saudi Arabia running a mixed gas diving team and chief medic / chamber supervisor for york university and the uk oceanagraphic institute,he is currently running a technical reasearch/salvage team looking at uk wrecks

Simon is also just completing his RYA Yachtmaster Ocean qualification,where he has spent hundreds of hours working aboard and at the helm of Poplar diver and Elizabeth G'on the West Coast of Scotland and St Kilda.And skippering MV Lamlash a 24m ex-royal navy fleet tender on the south coast
